Test Credentials

Each test case specifies which account to use. This guide explains the different test accounts and their purposes.

Core Test Accounts (unified.avnc.net)

Circle Test Users

The following Circle staff test accounts are available. All use password: MyPassw0rd123!

Administrators & Executives

Sales Managers

Sales Reps - Enterprise Team

Sales Reps - Regional OC Team

Sales Reps - Regional IE & SD Team

Account Managers

Other Roles

Note: This is for UAT testing only. Production accounts will use SSO/Microsoft login.

Why Different Accounts?

Circle USP shows different features based on your role:

• Sales Reps see their own pipeline and accounts
• Managers see team aggregates and approval queues
• Account Managers see customer management and renewals
• Admins see system configuration options

Testing with the correct account ensures you’re validating the right experience.

Switching Accounts

To test with a different account:

1. Log out of the current session (click your name > Sign Out)
2. Clear browser cache if needed (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
3. Log in with the new test credentials

Troubleshooting Login Issues

“Invalid credentials” error:

• Double-check the email spelling
• Ensure CAPS LOCK is off
• Try the passwords listed above

Account locked:

• Wait 15 minutes and try again, or
• Contact Alex H to unlock the account

“Account not found”:

• The test account may not be set up yet
• Report this in Teams and use an alternative account

Data in Test Accounts

Each test account has pre-populated data for testing:

• Sample companies and contacts
• Test opportunities at various stages
• Draft proposals
• Historical activities

Feel free to create, modify, and delete test data - the UAT environment resets periodically.
