In Tab 2, log a new activity (e.g., a Call or Meeting) using the Log Activity workflow
Activity is created successfully in Tab 2

Switch back to Tab 1 (the Dashboard) – do not refresh the page
Tab 1 is still showing the Dashboard without a manual refresh

Verify the Upcoming Activities module in Tab 1 now reflects the newly logged activity without a page refresh
The new activity appears in the Upcoming Activities module via real-time update

Open browser Developer Tools (F12) > Network tab and verify an SSE (Server-Sent Events) connection is active (look for an EventSource or text/event-stream request)
An active SSE connection is visible in the Network tab, delivering real-time updates
