User is logged in
User has data.sales.companies.update permission
Multiple companies exist in the list

Test Steps

Navigate to the Companies list via the CRM sidenav

Companies list page loads with multiple companies visible

Check the checkboxes next to two or more companies in the list

Companies are selected and a bulk action bar appears with a selection count

Verify the selection count updates dynamically as you check/uncheck companies

Selection count reflects the current number of checked companies

Click the Actions dropdown in the bulk action bar and select an action (e.g., Assign Rep, Assign Account Manager, or Assign Territory)

A selector appears for choosing the target rep, account manager, or territory

Select a target from the selector (e.g., choose a specific sales rep)

Target is selected

Click Apply to execute the bulk assignment

System updates all selected companies with the new assignment. A toast notification confirms the action

Verify the updated companies reflect the new assignment by clicking into one or more of them

Company detail views show the updated rep, account manager, or territory assignment

Acceptance Criteria

Bulk selection checkboxes work with dynamic count updates
Actions dropdown presents available assignment options based on role
Bulk assignment updates all selected companies
Toast notification confirms the completed action
Sales Manager cannot assign Account Managers (option not available)
Director of AMs can assign Account Managers
