Export Dashboard Data

Prerequisites

  • User is logged in
  • Dashboard displays data (KPIs, charts, modules are populated)

Test Credentials

Role: Sales Rep

Test Steps

Navigate to the Dashboard and verify data is displayed in KPI cards and modules
Dashboard renders with populated data

If applicable, set filters (team, rep, date range) to scope the data you want to export
Dashboard reflects the selected filters

Click the Export button on the dashboard
An export modal appears displaying a table of the dashboard data

Click Download as Excel (or CSV) in the export modal
Browser initiates a file download of the dashboard data in the selected format

Open the downloaded file and verify the data matches what was displayed on the dashboard
Exported file contains data that matches the current dashboard view and applied filters
