A second user account is available to trigger notifications (e.g., assign an opportunity or submit a proposal for approval)

The action completes successfully in the other user’s session

Observe the bell icon in the header

Bell icon shows an unread count badge indicating new notifications

Click the bell icon to open the notification popover

Notification popover opens displaying recent notifications with timestamps

Verify the popover shows up to 20 recent notifications with timestamps

Notifications are listed chronologically with readable timestamps for each entry

Click Mark all as read

All notifications are marked as read and visual styling updates accordingly

Verify the badge count on the bell icon clears

Unread count badge is removed from the bell icon, indicating zero unread notifications
