Opportunities exist in the Kanban view within the user’s scope

Test Steps

Navigate to the Opportunities page and switch to Kanban view

Kanban board displays with opportunity cards in stage columns

Note the count on the source stage column (e.g., ‘Target’) and the target stage column (e.g., ‘First Appointment’)

Current stage counts are visible

Click and hold an opportunity card in the Target column, then drag it to the First Appointment column

Card visually follows the cursor and a drop indicator shows in the target column

Release the card in the First Appointment column

Card drops into the First Appointment column and stays there

Verify the stage counts update: source column count decreases by 1, target column count increases by 1

Stage counts reflect the move accurately

Click the moved opportunity card to open its detail page and verify the Stage field shows First Appointment and the Stage History records the transition

Opportunity detail confirms the new stage and shows a stage history entry with timestamp

Acceptance Criteria

Drag-and-drop moves the opportunity to the target stage
Stage counts update on both source and target columns
Stage history records the transition with a timestamp
Operation respects role-based data scoping
