  • User is logged in
  • Multiple open opportunities exist within the user’s scope

Navigate to the Opportunities page in Table view
Opportunities list displays in table view with checkboxes on each row

Check the checkboxes on 3 or more opportunities
Selected opportunities are highlighted and a selection count displays

Click the Actions dropdown (or bulk actions menu)
Dropdown menu appears with available bulk actions

Select Change Stage from the Actions dropdown
System shows a stage selector dialog

Select the target stage (e.g., Assessment)
Target stage is selected

Click Apply
System processes the bulk stage change

Verify all selected opportunities now show the new stage (Assessment) in the table’s Stage column
All selected opportunities display the updated stage
