Click Proposals in the Sales section of the sidenav

The Proposals list page loads

Verify the proposals list displays with columns: Number, Title, Company, Value, Status, Sent Date

All six columns are visible in the list table with data populated

Verify KPI widgets display at the top of the page

KPI widgets render above the list showing proposal metrics

If logged in as Admin, verify an Approvals button with badge count is visible in the toolbar

Approvals button is visible with a badge showing the count of pending approvals (Admin/approvers only)

Verify the data shown is scoped by your role (Sales Rep sees only own proposals; Sales Manager sees team proposals; Admin sees all)

Proposal data is filtered according to the logged-in user’s role and data visibility permissions
