Test Steps

Open a proposal that is in Draft status
The proposal opens and displays with Draft status

Click the Send button
The system presents a recipient selection dialog

Verify the recipient list shows contacts from the associated company
Recipient options are populated with contacts linked to the proposal’s company

Select one or more recipients from the list
Recipients are selected and highlighted

Click Confirm to send the proposal
The proposal is sent to the selected recipients

Verify the proposal status changes to Sent
Status indicator updates from Draft to Sent

Verify a sent timestamp is recorded and tracking links are generated
Sent date/time appears in the proposal metadata and tracking URLs are active
