Locate a solution item in the right panel and click the + button to increase quantity from 1 to 2

Quantity increments to 2 and the line total updates immediately (2 x unit price)

Click the - button to decrease quantity back to 1

Quantity decrements to 1 and the line total returns to the single-unit price

Click directly in the quantity field and type 5, then press Tab or click away

Quantity updates to 5 and the line total shows 5 x unit price

Verify the footer totals update to reflect the new quantity

Footer totals recalculate correctly

Wait approximately 500ms and verify the financials section refreshes via HTMX (look for a brief loading indicator)

Financials section updates with recalculated values after the debounce period

Set the quantity to 0 (either by typing 0 or clicking - until it reaches 0)

A confirmation dialog appears asking whether to remove the item from the solution

Quantity changes via +/- buttons and direct input are reflected immediately in line totals
Footer totals recalculate on every quantity change
Financials section refreshes via HTMX after a 500ms debounce
Setting quantity to 0 prompts a removal confirmation
