Reorder Solution Items (Drag and Drop)

Prerequisites

  • User is logged in
  • Solution configurator is open with at least two items in the solution

Test Steps

Note the current order of items in the right panel (e.g., Item A is first, Item B is second)
Current item order is visible and noted

Click and hold the drag handle on Item B (the second item)
Item fades (opacity change) indicating it is being dragged

Drag Item B upward above Item A
A drop indicator (orange line) appears showing the target insertion position above Item A

Release the item at the desired position
DOM reorders so Item B is now first and Item A is second. System sends a PATCH request to persist the new order.

Verify the items now display in the new order (Item B first, Item A second)
Right panel shows the updated order

Close the configurator, then reopen the same solution and verify the order persists
Solution reopens with items in the reordered position (Item B first, Item A second)
