With items, quantities, accessories, and metadata configured in the solution, note the current state (item count, names, quantities, totals)

Current solution state is noted for verification

Click the Close button (or press Ctrl+S)

Configurator dialog closes

Verify the opportunity’s Solutions tab refreshes and shows the updated solution summary

Solutions tab displays the solution with its name, item count, and total value

Click Configure (or the solution name) to reopen the solution in the configurator

Configurator reopens for the same solution

Verify all items, quantities, accessories, and metadata are preserved exactly as they were before closing

Solution state matches what was configured before closing – all items, quantities, accessories, and metadata are intact

Close button (or Ctrl+S) closes the configurator dialog
Solutions tab refreshes to show the updated solution
Reopening the solution shows all items, quantities, accessories, and metadata preserved
